I am XuBo,an  engineer of CHINA TELECOM ,working about Telecom Management System and the Mobile radio system design ,planning ,optimization. I have the following experiences  in my current study field:

•  Radio Trunking System(SmartnetII  of  MOTOROLA)  [ one kind of PMR System],This is the  first project in my working.
• Optic Fiber Transmission System(Including Analog and Digitial Model)
• Larger  Capacity Switch system  such as (S1240,EMX2500E,DMS-SN100..)
• Packet Switch (private network) ,PAD and Switch
• Full GSM system knowledge including BSS,NSS and OMC system
• Some pivotal element of CDMA system (IS-95A/B),such as RF system Planning ,optimization ,IS41C/D interworking protocol ;I have a clear knowledge about IS95 system initial planning thread (including PN offset,power budget ,noise planning ...),I have a paper about this kind of planning way ,If you want get that please contract with me by E-mail.
• SDH /PDH transmission system management
• Picocell/microcell in mobile radio system design and planning
• PDH microwave system design and project
• I also have good experience in UNIX(HPUX/SUNOS) and TCP/IP interworking(LAN,WAN..),and GIS(mapinfo,Arcinfo,grass) in telecom application.
• Good knowledge  level about SS7/C7,including TUP,ISUP,SCCP...
